Crystelle Pons

Crystelle Pons is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager for France and Belgium at Amer Sports since April 2022, Crystelle previously held the role of HRBP Generalist France at AMER SPORTS FRANCE from July 2021 to April 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Responsable des ressources humaines at Adecco Medical from March 2017 to January 2020, and Directrice des Ressources Humaines at Sofitel Lyon Bellecour from October 2012 to February 2017. Earlier career roles include Assistant direction/RH at Sofitel Marseille Vieux Port from September 2002 to September 2012. Crystelle holds a Master 1 degree in Gestion des ressources humaines from IGS, obtained between 2011 and 2014, and a BTS degree in Assistante de Direction from ISMC La Cadenelle, completed in 2002.
