Iwona Skolicka has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Iwona started their career as a Business Analyst Intern at Beaufort International Plc in 2002. Iwona then moved on to work at BOC as a Strategic Product/Project Manager and later as an Integration Project Coordinator.
In 2006, Iwona joined ZELMER S.A. as a Product Manager, where they played a crucial role in introducing and managing various product categories and achieved impressive sales and margin results.

Iwona Skolicka completed their MA in Economics at Krakow University of Economics from 1998 to 2003. In 2001, they also participated in an economics program at EDHEC Business School in France through the Socrates-Erasmus Scholarship. In 2004-2005, they pursued postgraduate studies in CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in London. More recently, from 2016 to 2017, they engaged in postgraduate studies in Digital Marketing Specialisation at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, they attended executive education in General Management at ICAN Institute in 2016-2017 and a Leadership Lab program with Luxottica in collaboration with The Oxford Group in 2015-2016.
