Katie Villarreal has extensive work experience in sales, operations, and strategic planning. Katie started their career at Target in 2000, where they worked as a Replenishment Expert and Senior Business Analyst, developing strategic plans and ensuring consistency in policies. In 2003, they moved to Wilson Sporting Goods as a Retail Operations Manager and Retail Analyst, managing the Wal-Mart account and executing inventory plans. Katie then joined Gap Inc. in 2005 as a Merchandise Planning Manager, managing the Women's Tops division and developing merchandise plans. At Wilson Sporting Goods Co., from 2008 to 2014, Katie held various roles, including as a Strategic Planning Manager, Director of Customer Service & Analysis, and Sales Development. Katie'sresponsibilities included managing customer service teams, supporting business units, and developing strategies for cross-division opportunities. Currently, they are working at Amer Sports Corporation as the Director of Sales Operations for the Americas, leading the Go To Market Leadership Team and enabling the sales team to deliver strong financial results through best-in-class operations.
