Linda Karlsson has extensive experience in performance management, rewards, and people analytics. Linda currently holds the position of VP, Performance, Rewards & People Analytics at Amer Sports, where they lead a team of professionals in managing performance, rewards, mobility, and people analytics. Prior to this, Linda worked at Kemira as the VP of Performance & Rewards, where they also served as the Global owner of Kemira's Diversity and Inclusion roadmap and program. Additionally, they were the Business HR for the Industry & Water business segment. Before Kemira, Linda worked at Metso as the Group Global Performance Management and Rewards expert, overseeing global processes and implementations. Linda started their career at Finnair as an HR Manager, specializing in performance management and rewards. Overall, Linda has a wealth of experience in various HR roles and has demonstrated expertise in strategy development, program implementation, and analytics.
Linda Karlsson completed their MSc. in Economics and Business Administration from Hanken School of Economics from 1996 to 2001. During the academic year 1999-2000, they also participated in an Erasmus exchange program at EDHEC Business School. Additionally, Linda has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Aalto EE Design Thinking from Aalto EE Executive Programs and Networks in April 2019, Executive Management education - Sustainability from Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2019, and a Finance certification from Helsinki Business College Oy in 2010.
