Kerry Preston

Kerry Preston has over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. As Vice President of People Development at E.L.F. Beauty since 2023, Kerry is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy. Prior to that, from 2001 onwards, Kerry was the CEO and Founder of Growtality, focusing on personal and professional growth. Kerry also served as an Authorized Partner for Everything DiSC® from 2017 to 2023. In Kerry's early career at Unilever from 1991 to 2001, Kerry held various roles including Retail Education Leader, Global Marketing Team Leader, National Accounts Manager, Account Executive, Marketing Manager, and worked in HR, Sales, and Global Marketing.

Kerry Preston obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Rowan University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. In addition, Kerry has obtained several additional certifications including CPCC from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Certified Facilitator from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand, and Columbia Business School Executive Education - IPL from the Institute for Personal Leadership in 2014.
