Xavier Page is a seasoned professional in customs and international trade, currently serving as the Global Head of Customs & Trade Compliance at Amer Sports Corporation since May 2014, after progressing through roles including Senior Manager and Manager in the same department. With a strong philosophy that views customs regulations as a facilitation rather than a barrier, Xavier leads a team of 15 experts across seven countries. Prior experience includes roles at Decathlon International, where Xavier held positions such as International Trade & Customs Expert and Industrial Buyer & Supply Chain Manager, and at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in International Trade. Xavier's educational background encompasses advanced degrees in International Law, European Union Law, and Political Science from prestigious institutions, including Stockholm University and HEC Paris.
