Monica Baldwin has over 19 years of experience in sales coordination and management. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Coordination & Commercialization at AmerCareRoyal since July 2018, Monica has previously held positions as Sales Coordinator Manager and Inside Sales Coordinator within the same company. From July 2004 to April 2018, Monica worked at American Benefit Services, Inc. as the Contracting/Office Manager, where responsibilities included managing the contracting and credentialing of the agency and CEO nationwide with state departments of insurance, as well as overseeing corporate insurance carrier contracting.
