Kleo Taliadouros has a diverse work experience in the energy and environmental sectors. Kleo started their career at ENSR Consulting and Engineering, where they worked as a Senior Program Manager and Key Account Manager. During this time, they procured and managed environmental management consulting projects for Fortune 500 clients and supported the CFO in various corporate projects.

Later, Kleo joined TRC Companies, Inc. - Exit Strategy, as a Senior Program Director. In this role, they originated financial and environmental risk transfer opportunities and structured risk transfer strategies. Kleo assessed and capitalized on life-cycle environmental and financial liabilities using stochastic risk financial models and negotiated risk transfer insurance policies.

After TRC Companies, Kleo worked at AMEC Earth & Environmental as a Senior Program Manager. Here, they focused on Renewable Energy Development, Real Estate Development, and Insurance. Kleo played a significant role in expanding the Energy business-line in Wind Energy by establishing relationships with major Wind Energy developers.

Most recently, Kleo has been working at Ameresco as a Director of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Development. Kleo developed budget-neutral energy efficiency projects and evaluated financing models to address capital budget constraints for commercial clients. Kleo also led the project development process, ensuring optimal proposal activity and achieving financial/performance measures and relationship goals.

Kleo Taliadouros received a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Northeastern University in 1985. Following this, Kleo completed an MBA in Finance from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School from 1987 to 1991.
