Melanie Tolley Hall has a diverse range of work experience in communications and marketing roles. Melanie began their career in 1997 at Fleishman-Hillard International Communications, where they worked as a Senior Vice President and managed accounts for healthcare clients. Melanie then moved on to GCI Group, where they co-led the Chicago Healthcare Practice Group and worked on new drug and device launches for clients such as Bayer and Medtronic. In 2006, Melanie joined Fiserv as VP of Corporate Communications, leading a team in branding and positioning efforts. Melanie then founded their own marketing firm, Martin Hall Communications, before taking on the role of Executive Director of Marketing at Joint Commission Resources in 2010. Currently, Melanie is the Chief Communications & Marketing Officer/SVP of Marketing & Communications at the American Academy of Dermatology, where they oversee integrated communications and manages various departments.
