Chris Hooper has a diverse work experience background. Chris started their career in 2003 at GE as a Software Developer, where they worked until 2006. In 2006, Chris joined the American Academy of Family Physicians and held several roles, including Programmer/Analyst, Senior Programmer/Analyst, Manager of Software Development, Manager of Application Development, and currently as the Director Of Technology Services from February 2022.

Chris Hooper obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Northwest Missouri State University. Additionally, they have obtained the following certifications: ITIL 4 Specialist Drive Stakeholder Value from PeopleCert in July 2022, ITIL Foundation Level from PeopleCert in December 2020, and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in August 2016.
