Bryan Black

Bryan Black has extensive experience in communications and marketing. Bryan is currently the Vice President of Communications and Marketing at the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Communications & External Relations at the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission from 2019 to 2021. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, first as the Director of Communications and later as the Chief Press Officer. Before that, they held the position of Director of Communications at the Texas Department of Agriculture from 2007 to 2015. Bryan started their career as a Senior Associate at Burson-Marsteller in 2005 and worked as a Reporter/Anchor at KSWB from 1999 to 2005. Bryan began their career as a Reporter at KTHV from 1996 to 1999.

Bryan Black's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Broadcast Journalism from California State University, Fullerton.
