Jeff Doucette DNP, RN, FACHE, FAAN has an extensive background in nursing and healthcare administration. Currently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer at Press Ganey, Jeff is also a Fellow at the American Academy of Nursing and an Associate Adjunct Professor at Old Dominion University. With previous leadership roles at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Virginia Commonwealth University, and other healthcare institutions, Jeff's experience and expertise have made him a respected figure in the field of nursing. Jeff's educational background includes a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Old Dominion University and a BSN and MS in Nursing and Health Care Administration from Marymount University.
