Scott Livingston

Scott Livingston, MBA IS, has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Scott is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), starting in August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of IT Operations & Support at AAOS from June 2021 to August 2023.

Before joining AAOS, Scott worked at Northwestern Medicine, where they held multiple positions. Scott served as the Manager / IS Implementation & Support for Diagnostic Services, Neurology & Radiation Oncology from September 2018 to June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Application Development & Systems Integration from April 2012 to September 2018.

Scott also gained experience at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where they held the position of Project Manager / Level 3 Desktop Architect from August 2004 to April 2012. Before joining Northwestern Memorial Hospital, they worked as a Desktop Rollout Project Coordinator at Qualixserv / Northwestern Memorial Hospital from March 2003 to August 2004.

Additionally, Scott started their career at Arthur Andersen as a Project Coordinator / Level 3 Support Specialist from November 1999 to October 2002.

Scott Livingston, MBA IS, obtained their Master of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Ashford University from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management with a minor in Finance from Ashford University from 2010 to 2013.
