Rebecca Pacillas

As Chief People Officer, Rebecca is responsible for the strategic planning, leadership and operational management of all human resources, including talent acquisition, learning & development, benefits, and performance management. Rebecca has more than 20 years of human resources experience. Before joining AAG in November 2012, she directed the HR function at RMA Land Construction, and prior to that, served as vice president of human resources for TOMRA North America. Rebecca studied human resources management at University of California, Riverside.
