Geri Schneider Winters

Geri Schneider Winters is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master and Technical Product Owner at American AgCredit since November 2018. In this role, Geri has focused on managing backlogs, providing technical leadership for strategic initiatives, and overseeing the migration of the company's file storage solution to SharePoint. Geri is also the Founder, President, and CEO of Wyyzzk, Inc., which crafts and sells bean-to-bar chocolate, while simultaneously managing W2 Productions, a service provider to local businesses. Previous roles include Senior Agile Coach at Software Development Experts and Agile Strategist at Coca-Cola Enterprises, where Geri has successfully implemented Agile practices and led major initiatives in IT.
