Jim Aylward

Jim Aylward has over 20 years of experience in the agricultural lending industry. Jim has held various leadership roles in companies such as American AgCredit and Frontier Farm Credit/Farm Credit Services Of America. At American AgCredit, Jim served as the Director of Sales, where they provided leadership in sales strategy and business development. Jim also oversaw sales management processes and the strategic use of CRM tools. Prior to this role, they were the Vice President of Sales Manager for the Midwest region. At Frontier Farm Credit/Farm Credit Services Of America, Jim held the position of Vice President of Retail Lending and Senior Vice President of Business Development. Overall, Jim's expertise lies in sales leadership, business development, and lending management within the agricultural industry.

Jim Aylward attended Solomon High School in Solomon, Kansas from 1973 to 1976. After completing high school, from 1976 to 1980, they pursued a degree in Agricultural Economics at Kansas State University.
