Cara (Dilling) Kettler is an experienced product manager and analyst with a robust background at American Airlines, where multiple roles include Product Manager for Contact Center Experience and Modernization, as well as various senior product owner positions focusing on Digital Chat and Virtual Assistant, and Voice of the Customer.
