Cedric Rockamore

Cedric Rockamore currently serves as Chief Diversity Officer and Vice President of Global People Operations at American Airlines, a position held since February 2021. Previously, Cedric Rockamore held several leadership roles at American Airlines, including Vice President for DFW and PHL, as well as Managing Director at DCA. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Ramp Services at US Airways and Director of Airport Customer Service at Delta Air Lines. Cedric Rockamore also worked with Northwest Airlines and Atlantic Southeast Airlines in various managerial capacities. Starting a career in the United States Navy as an Air Traffic Controller, Cedric Rockamore holds an M.B.A. in Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University, along with a B.S. in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle.
