Jim Kriksciun

Jim Kriksciun has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Managing Director of the Hub Control Center at American Airlines since July 2018, following a role as Director of Internal Customer Support in the Integrated Operations Center. Prior to American Airlines, Jim was a Managing Partner at Enriched Solutions, LLC and held various director positions at Delta Air Lines and Northwest Airlines, focusing on cargo operations, customer service, and below-the-wing services. Jim began the aviation career as a Station Manager at Evergreen International Airlines. Academic credentials include an MBA in Management from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
