Kelly Colton

Kelly Colton has a robust background in aviation maintenance and records management, currently serving as a CASS Analysis and Safety Technology Analyst at American Airlines since March 2017. In this role, Kelly leads the Aircraft Configuration Management Components team, coaching members and collaborating with various departments on process improvement projects. Prior positions at American Airlines included Specialist roles in Aircraft Records, where Kelly maintained airworthiness for over 100 aircraft and trained team members on essential applications. Previous experience includes working at George Mason University in annual giving roles, as well as positions at Envoy Air, Best Buy, and CarMax, showcasing a diverse skill set in management, customer service, and operational support. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from George Mason University and an Associate of Science in General Studies from Northern Virginia Community College.
