Lucas Warner Lemasters

Lucas Warner Lemasters possesses extensive experience in UX research and strategy, currently serving as UX Research Principal at American Airlines since August 2017. Lucas established and leads a diverse UX research team, implemented a successful training program, and pioneered DesignOps and ResearchOps initiatives. Previous roles at American Airlines include Senior UX Strategist and Senior Analyst, where Lucas focused on user-centric product development and delivered cost-saving solutions. Prior experience includes working as a UX Researcher at the Air Force Research Laboratory, contributing to the development of an innovative UAV interface. Lucas holds a Master of Science in Human Factors & Industrial Organizational Psychology from Wright State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wheeling University.
