Mike Kelly

Mike Kelly is a highly experienced Principal Engineer in Fleet Engineering at American Airlines since May 2007, providing senior-level technical leadership focused on optimizing wide body aircraft maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce out-of-service time. Prior to this role, Mike served as a Senior Staff Engineer at United Airlines from 2005 to 2007, where responsibilities included supervising engineering services for the Outside Service Vendor maintenance program, specifically enhancing the performance of the B747 and B777 fleets. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
