Rachele Kent has a diverse background in event management and strategic planning, with extensive experience in the airline and hospitality industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Events & Recognition at American Airlines, Rachele has previously held several roles at American, including Manager of Human Resources Business Partner and Manager of Meetings & Events. Rachele’s career also includes a managerial position at Gartner focusing on Strategic Planning Conference Operations, and a role as Global Event Planner at Cognizant. Additionally, Rachele worked as Catering Operations Manager at the Dallas Museum of Art. Rachele holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas.
