Randy Fernandes, PCC, CPCC, is an experienced professional with a robust background in technology management, leadership coaching, and consulting. Currently serving as the Global Technology Services Manager at American Airlines since September 2013, Randy leads a high-performing team responsible for the design and support of global wireless and security technologies, successfully migrating services to cloud-based solutions. As a Leadership Coach for We All Make Choices, Randy focuses on fostering inclusive workplace cultures and enhancing team productivity. Previously, Randy held leadership roles at Oracle and Docucorp International, driving substantial revenue growth and strategic initiatives in the professional services and technical consulting sectors. Randy holds a BS in Business Management from Auburn University at Montgomery and professional coaching certifications from the International Coaching Federation and The Co-Active Training Institute.
