Jennifer Calvert Hall has a diverse work experience in the field of education and development. Jennifer started their career in 2000 as an Adjunct Professor at Parsons School of Design - The New School. Jennifer then moved on to work as a Development & Events Coordinator at Portland French School from 2007 to 2009. Jennifer then served as a Development Officer at Tudor Place Historic House & Garden in 2009 before joining Ford's Theatre Society as an Associate Director Of Development, Individual Giving from 2010 to 2012. Concurrently, they also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Corcoran School of the Arts and Design from 2010 to 2011. Jennifer's next role was as a Major Gifts Officer at the Smithsonian Institution from 2012 to 2014. Jennifer then became the Executive Director of the Fund for Education Abroad from 2014 to 2021. Currently, Jennifer holds the position of Senior Director of Development at the American Alliance of Museums. In 2023, they will transition into the role of Vice President, Learning and Advancement at the same organization.
Jennifer Calvert Hall has an M.A. in History of Design & Curatorial Studies from Parsons School of Design - The New School. Jennifer also has a B.F.A. in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. In addition, they pursued undergraduate study abroad at ESMOD École Supérieure des Arts et techniques de la Mode.
