Caroline Parsons, PMP, currently serves as a Project Manager at the American Animal Hospital Association since November 2020, with prior experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. Caroline held the position of Senior Project Coordinator at Unbridled from July 2018 to April 2020, where responsibilities included training new coordinators and managing hotel contracts for events. Earlier roles included Project Coordinator at Unbridled and Social Event Sales Manager at Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center, contributing to significant event management and sales achievements. Caroline's career began with various customer service positions, including Guest Service Representative at Holiday Inn and Front Desk Cast Member at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and Spa. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Kansas State University.
American Animal Hospital Association
The American Animal Hospital Association is the only organization that accredits animal hospitals throughout the United States and Canada. AAHA-accredited veterinary hospitals are champions for excellent pet health care. They voluntarily choose to be evaluated on approximately 900 standards of veterinary care. Currently, over 3,600 small animal veterinary hospitals are accredited by AAHA. Consultants regularly visit these hospitals to ensure compliance with AAHA’s standards for services and facilities.
