Emilia Feliciano

Emilia Feliciano has a background in human resources and administration. Emilia started their career as the Director of Human Resources and Administration at the American Association for Clinical Chemistry in 2012, where they were responsible for implementing HR best practices, managing HR staff, and overseeing various HR functions. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of HR at Sequella from 2000 to 2012, where they established the HR department and managed all aspects of HR including recruitment, benefits, compensation, payroll, performance reviews, training, and recognition programs.

Emilia Feliciano has obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
