The board of directors at American Association of Community Theatre has a long and varied history. Many members have experience working in theatre, either as directors, teachers, or in other capacities. Others have experience in development and operations, making them well-equipped to handle the business side of things. Still others have a background in adjudication, meaning they are familiar with the ins and outs of theatre competitions. All of this experience comes together to create a well-rounded and knowledgeable board that is able to effectively manage the organisation.
