The executive team at American Association of Community Theatre have experience working in various arts organizations, including the Southeastern Theatre Conference and Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance. They also have experience working in education and development, through internships at Explorium and Lexington Children's Theater. Both members of the team have degrees in Arts Administration, from the University of Kentucky and Drexel University respectively.
