Adam B. Weiss currently serves as a Partner at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP since March 2014 and previously held the position of Litigation Associate at the firm. Weiss is actively involved in various organizations, including serving as a Board Member for the Constitutional Rights Foundation since March 2020 and as a Working Group Leader for the Judicial Intern Opportunity Program under the American Bar Association since June 2019. Additionally, Weiss co-chairs the Federal Practice Task Force and is a member of the Leadership Council at Public Counsel. Previously, Weiss contributed to the Los Angeles Advisory Board for Facing History and Ourselves from October 2016 to November 2019 and served on the Advisory Board of the Western Center On Law & Poverty from July 2016 to January 2019. Prior to entering private practice, Weiss was a Litigation Associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and completed a clerkship with Hon. Debra Ann Livingston at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Weiss earned a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
