Nancy Perner

Nancy Perner has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nancy worked as the Director of User Experience at the American Bar Association starting in October 2020. Prior to that, they were an IT Project Manager at United Airlines from April 2019 to April 2020. From June 2015 to August 2018, Nancy worked as the Director of Digital Services at Kellen. Before that, they served as the Web Manager at Rotary International from October 2010 to May 2015. Nancy also had a significant role at the American Hospital Association where they managed digital products and marketing communications as the Manager of Technology & Membership from February 2003 to October 2010. Prior to this, they were the Senior Producer/Project Manager at Tribune Interactive, overseeing various projects across different platforms from January 1997 to November 2001. Additionally, Nancy worked as an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University from January 2000 to June 2001 and as the Manager of Content and Development at OhioOnline in 1996.

Nancy Perner holds a Bachelor's degree in English and History from Indiana University Bloomington. Nancy also possesses a Master's Degree in Business Information Technology from DePaul University. Nancy has obtained a UX Certification from the Nielsen Norman Group.
