Ben Babcock

Ben Babcock is a highly experienced psychometrician with a robust background in psychometrics and quantitative psychology, holding a Ph.D. and an MA from the University of Minnesota, as well as dual bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Mathematics from Ouachita Baptist University. Currently serving as a psychometrician at the American Board of Radiology since January 2023, Ben has notably automated exam rescoring processes and implemented new systems that significantly reduce processing times. Prior experience includes developing advanced algorithms and visualizations at Elsevier, as well as supervisory roles at the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, where leadership and innovative practices were applied across multiple credentialing programs. Ben also has experience in academia, teaching statistics to psychology students at the University of Minnesota.
