Michael Dupré

Michael DuPré has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Michael is currently working as the Assoc. Director of Regional Media Advocacy at the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Sr. Media Strategist at Principal Financial Group from June 2020 to April 2022.

From 2017 to 2020, Michael was the Director at DuPré Political Consulting, where they specialized in political consulting services. Michael also worked as a Regional Media Advocacy Manager at the AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY CANCER ACTION NETWORK, INC from 2019 to 2020, developing and executing media advocacy strategies in the fight against cancer.

Earlier in their career, Michael worked as an Account Associate at LS2group from 2015 to 2017 and as a Legislative Clerk at the Iowa House of Representatives from 2014 to 2015. Michael also held the position of Campaign Manager at the House Truman Fund in 2014.

Additionally, Michael gained experience as a Bilingual Comment Moderator at The Huffington Post from 2012 to 2014, where they moderated French blogs and articles in accordance with defamation laws. Michael also worked as an Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives in 2013 and as a Language Assistant at Education Nationale in 2012-2013.

Michael DuPré has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Double major Philosophy and French from Skidmore College. Michael attended Central College, Drake University, and Université Paris-Sorbonne, but it is unknown whether they obtained any degrees or fields of study from these institutions.
