Alma Gonzalez

Alma Gonzalez currently serves as President of LeadSmart-US, an organization focused on representing employees and employers to promote quality outcomes and develop future leaders. Gonzalez has been a member of the Association of State Democratic Chairs at the Democratic National Committee since January 2011 and has served as a Cancer Action Network Ambassador for the American Cancer Society since 2015, contributing to public policy and fundraising initiatives in Florida. Previous roles include Manager of the Hillsborough County Civil Service Board and Special Counsel for AFSCME, among others. Alma Gonzalez holds a Master's Degree and has attended Florida State University Law School, Georgetown University Law Center, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
