Christie Godwin

Christie Godwin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Christie is currently working at American Canning as a Production Manager since August 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Production Coordinator at American Canning from October 2021 to August 2022 and as a Production Inventory Specialist from March 2021 to October 2021.

Before joining American Canning, Christie worked at Zilker Brewing Company as a Taproom / Key Holder. Christie'sresponsibilities included catering to client needs, managing daily profits and earnings, and finding innovative solutions. However, this department was unfortunately cut due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Christie also has experience as a Contract Bartender from 2009 to 2020 and as a Kickboxing Trainer at iLoveKickboxing from 2018 to 2019, where they managed accounts and conducted fitness classes.

Christie has also worked as an Immigration Department Assistant at the International Rescue Committee from 2017 to 2018, where they handled data entry and interacted with clients of diverse backgrounds. Christie's previous roles include Lead Bartender at Cypress Street Pint & Plate, where they contributed to the company's growth through marketing strategies, and Client Accounts Manager at Ticket Alternative / Freshtix, where they managed operations and served as a liaison between various stakeholders.

Additionally, Christie gained experience as a Data Processor at Grimes Insurance & Financial Services, where they supported insurance representatives, ensured policy accuracy, and led the transition to a paperless office.

Christie Godwin pursued their education at Georgia State University Perimeter College from 2004 to 2007. During this time, they earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in General Business. In 2007, Christie also participated in a Semester Study Abroad program at ACT - American College of Thessaloniki, focusing on Art History. It is unclear whether they obtained a degree from this program.
