Victor Boelscher

Victor Boelscher currently holds the position of Program Manager at the American Center for Manufacturing & Innovation (ACMI) and serves as the Director of Contracts and Supply Chain. Previously, Victor worked at Raytheon Intelligence & Space for nearly two decades, holding various contract-related roles including Associate Director, Contracts and Manager of Program Contracts. Victor also has experience as a Field Service Engineer at Raytheon. Prior to their corporate career, Victor served as a Laser Technician in the United States Air Force. Victor graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
