Katariina Franklin has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Katariina is currently serving as the Acting Chief Operating Officer at AmCham HK, where they oversee the operations of the Chamber and leads the transformation efforts in streamlining and digitizing business processes.

Katariina began their career as an Associate at JPMorgan Chase, where they were involved in market research and product development strategies in the Middle Market Banking Group.

Katariina Franklin earned their Master of Science in Information Technology (MSIT) from Carnegie Mellon University from 1999 to 2002.
