Olga Belyakova

Olga Belyakova is an experienced professional in the TMT sector with a background in telecommunications, commercial, and competition law. Olga currently holds the position of Co-Chair of the IT Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine and is a Partner at CMS UK, where Olga serves as Co-Head of the TMT sector group in Central and Eastern Europe. Olga also has experience as a Counsel, Senior Lawyer, Invited Professor in Law, and has held various leadership roles within the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine and the International Finance Corporation. Additionally, Olga has worked at companies like IBM and Baker & McKenzie, gaining expertise in Ukrainian commercial and telecommunication law.
