Francesco Paesani currently serves as Vice Chair at the American Chemical Society since October 2023 and holds multiple academic positions at the University of California San Diego, where roles include Kurt Shuler Faculty Scholar and Professor, with a progression from Assistant Professor to Associate Professor since July 2009. Additionally, Francesco Paesani has been an Associate Editor for Science Advances since January 2019 and previously served as Vice Chair Elect for the PHYS Division of the American Chemical Society from September 2022 to August 2023. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Utah from July 2005 to June 2009 and another postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California - Berkeley from 2002 to 2005.
