Lindsey Hinchman has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. Lindsey started as an Ace's Rewards Representative at Running Aces Harness Park, where they provided customer service and handled merchandise sales. In 2013, Lindsey worked as a Management Intern at Menards, demonstrating excellent selling skills and overseeing tasks. They also served as a Math Tutor at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, helping students understand mathematical concepts. Lindsey then joined Hubbard Broadcasting as an Event Specialist for 1500 ESPN, managing promotional inventory and achieving sales goals. At Wells Fargo, they worked as a Teller, processing financial transactions and assessing customer needs. From 2015 to 2018, Lindsey was an Accounting Clerk at Fidelity National Title, where they revamped trial balances, reconciled financial transactions, and created month-end reports. They later joined American Claims Management as a Claims Supervisor, Client Relations Manager, and ultimately Director of Operations & Innovation. In these roles, they managed teams, analyzed data on volume and quality, and prioritized IT projects.
