Jessica Ek

Jessica Ek has over 18 years of work experience in digital communications and web content. Jessica is currently the Senior Director of Digital Communications at the American Cleaning Institute since January 2022. Before that, they served as the Director of Digital Communications at the same company from May 2018 to December 2021. Prior to their role at the American Cleaning Institute, Jessica worked at the American Nurses Association where they were the Manager of Social Media Engagement from May 2014 to May 2018, Senior Web Analyst and Social Media Specialist from March 2010 to April 2014, and Web Communications Editor from December 2008 to February 2010. Jessica also had experience in web content management as a Web Content Specialist at a consulting company from September 2008 to June 2009. Earlier in their career, Jessica worked as a Senior Blog Strategist at Connors Communications from January 2008 to August 2008, and as a Search Engine Optimization Copywriter from October 2004 to December 2007. Jessica started their career as a Vacation Packages Intern at Priceline.com in May 2003.

Jessica Ek holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Drew University. Jessica has also obtained several certifications, including the Google Analytics 4 Certification in 2022, Google Analytics and Adwords in 2017, and Social Media, Email and Content Marketing from HubSpot Academy in 2017.
