Natalie Pelham

Natalie Pelham, Ed.D., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and education. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at the American College of Education since January 2017, Natalie has held multiple leadership roles within the institution, including Assistant Vice President and Senior Director of Training and Development. Additionally, Natalie contributes as a Learning Facilitator for QM Quality Matters since June 2017 and serves as a Clinical Instructor at the University of North Florida. Previously, Natalie taught at Duval County Public Schools from 2008 to 2015. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Leadership and a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction from the American College of Education, along with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education from the University of North Florida.
