Mppa Vanessa K. Allmon

Vanessa K. Allmon, MPPA, is a seasoned professional specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member for NAWBO-MN, Vanessa oversees Chapter DE&I strategies. As the Owner and Founder of The VAP LLC since 2016, Vanessa leads DE&I initiatives and collaborates with organizational leadership to align inclusion programs with business objectives. Additional roles include serving as an Election Judge for the City of Minneapolis, a former Board Member for the Minnesota Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators, and participation in statewide commemorations for Dr. King's legacy. Vanessa's presentation experience spans notable institutions such as Harvard University and The Forum on Workplace Inclusion. Vanessa holds an MPPA from Northwestern University, a Certificate in Strategic Management from The London School of Economics, and a B.A. in History and Political Science from Loyola University Chicago.
