Before that, Craig was the Founder and CEO of Sentergroup, Inc., a company specializing in providing solutions to non-profit associations and foundations. Craig started their career at SmithBucklin as an Account Manager.

Craig Sondalle attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1990 to 1994. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
