Katharine Mottley is an experienced leader in tax and regulatory affairs, currently serving as Vice President of Tax and Workforce Policy at the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), a position held since January 2007. In this role, Katharine advocates on tax, finance, and workforce issues, leading initiatives for comprehensive tax reform and managing critical issues such as cash accounting, tax extenders, and the implementation of the R&D tax credit and the Section 179D energy efficient commercial buildings tax deduction.
