Thomas Grogan

Thomas Grogan serves as the Senior Director of Economics & Market Intelligence at the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) since May 2023, where responsibilities include directing the Technology Committee and developing content related to economic and market conditions in the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. Prior to ACEC, Thomas held various roles at StreetLight, including Senior Market Development Analyst and Solution Engineer, and contributed to program management at Vergys and HDR as a Senior Associate and Senior Economist, respectively. Initial entrepreneurial experience includes founding Baltimore Shipping Technologies, which commercialized U.S. government transportation technology. Thomas holds an MA in Applied Economics and a BA in International Studies from The Johns Hopkins University.
