Colin Masterson

Colin Masterson is a Policy Analyst at the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) since August 2021, focusing on research and advocacy regarding the regulation of actuarial and accounting functions in life insurance, as well as monitoring regulatory activity related to artificial intelligence in the industry. Prior experience includes serving as a Task Force Project Team Member for Piedmont Park Conservancy, where policy solutions were developed to enhance funding resilience, and as a Campaign Intern for Congresswoman Lucy McBath. Colin also worked as a Verification Specialist at Evident ID, gaining experience in client relations and data management, and contributed as a Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology, collaborating on various public policy research areas. Colin holds a degree in Public Policy from Georgia Institute of Technology with concentrations in Politics & Policy and Science & Technology Policy, accompanied by a Minor in History.
