Allison Nyholm

Allison Nyholm is the Vice President of Policy at the American Council on Renewable Energy, where she is responsible for advancing ACORE’s policy agenda through Congress, state legislatures, and relevant agencies.

Previously, Allison worked at Steptoe & Johnson LLP representing numerous associations and energy clients across the renewable and environment sectors. Allison hails from Alaska and worked for Senator Lisa Murkowski, as well as Alaska governors in Washington, D.C.

She holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, an MPP from The George Washington University, and a BA from the University of Alaska Southeast.
