Amy Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Amy began their career in 1995 as a Product Marketing & Operations Manager at Franklin Covey. From there, they moved on to TCBY-Mrs. Fields Famous Brands where they held various positions including Associate Brand Manager and Assistant Brand Manager for PretzelTime and Pretzelmaker. In 2012, they joined FamilySearch.org as a Product Manager where they managed RootsTech, a family history and technology conference. Currently, they are the Director of Product Development at American Crafts.
Amy Smith graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University in 1998.
