Karin Hiltz

Karin Hiltz has extensive experience in benefits management and retirement planning. Karin is currently working as the Director of Benefits at the American Diabetes Association. Prior to this, they held various roles at different companies. Karin served as a Benefits Manager at GKN Aerospace, where they were responsible for reconciling 401(k) contributions, managing annual enrollment, and overseeing the severance process. Before that, they worked as a Sr Manager, Executive Benefits and Retirement at Toyota North America and as a Sr Benefits Manager at Ben E. Keith Company. Karin also held positions as a Benefits Manager at Alliance Data and Clark Construction Group, LLC, where they were involved in strategy development, vendor management, and benefit evaluation. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Benefits Specialist at Arnold & Porter LLP and as a Retirement Plan Specialist at T. Rowe Price. Karin has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of benefits administration and retirement planning throughout their career.

Karin Hiltz holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Rider University. Karin has also obtained two certifications, namely the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) in 2010 and 2013 from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
